Senior Information System Security Engineer (Firewall):  Safeguard large organizational computer networks and systems utilizing a number of cybersecurity tools.  Implements, operates, and maintains firewall technology to include integration of multiple defense-in-depth security tools such as anti-virus software, intrusion detection, NAC and content filtering.  Employ risk assessment tools, technologies and methods to ensure design and implementation of secure networks, systems and application architectures.  Plan, research and develop security policies, standards and procedures.  Performs system and security administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications.  Implements cybersecurity technical controls per policy, guidance, Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology  
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 8 years’ experience supporting Checkpoint firewall technologies for an enterprise network equal to or greater in size and complexity as described throughout the PWS. 
• Check Point Certified Expert - CCSE or a CCSM
