Job Summary:

Diné Development Corporation is looking for a Business Development and Capture Manager to join our Business Development Enablement Team - IDIQ Center of Excellence (CoE)!

 

As the Business Development and Capture Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capture new business opportunities as well as develop and nurture effective relationships with government contract management offices and industry partners to drive growth across our suite of vehicles. You will lead and manage Agency Level multiple-award IDIQ/GWAC opportunities related to A&AS, SETA, and Professional Services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and consultative support to market leads in their pursuit of Agency-level multiple-award IDIQs/GWACs
  • Lead Enterprise Level, Cross-Cutting IDIQ/GWAC strategy development and pursuit opportunities
  • Develop and oversee the distribution process for Task Order Level RFIs (MRAS) and RFPs
  • Help build tools to effectively track and manage IDIQs/GWACs and continuously inform company stakeholders of the contract vehicles at their disposal, identifying targets of opportunity, and mapping customers and partners to the most optimal IDIQs/GWACs
  • Develop and nurture effective relationships with government contract management offices and industry partners to drive growth across our suite of vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with all required IDIQ/GWAC level deliverables and requirements by conducting coordinated efforts across all departments, to include quarterly internal audits
  • Complete periodic competitive assessments to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and opportunities as it relates to the professional services market
  • Perform data queries and provide reports on contract vehicles, Government acquisition organizations, and task order opportunities related to A&AS, SETA, and professional services categories
  • Provide Capture support for task order responses related to A&AS, SETA, and professional services
  • Attend IDIQ/GWAC related industry meetings/webinars/conferences/trainings
  • Support internal workshops for teaching techniques for conducting things related to capture research, competitive analysis, win strategy workshops, pricing to win, and solution development
  • Support other duties as assigned to include travel up to 25% of the time in support of corporate strategy sessions, as well as industry related conferences

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred and at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business development and capture with a focus on IDIQs/GWACs, Professional and/or A&AS Services
  • Exposure to or experience in the following technology domains: Management and Strategy Consulting, *Technical Assistance and Engineering Services, Financial Management and Accounting, Human Resources and Training, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, Acquisition Support, Program Management, Training and Development
  • Experience shaping, pursuing, and winning contracts across various Federal Agencies, experience supporting GSA OASIS, STARS III, and MAS is strongly desired
  • Proven ability to develop and execute capture activities for strategic pursuits and for task order RFPs across A&AS, SETA, or other professional service categories
  • Experience supporting and/or managing cross-functional initiatives supporting an IDIQ CoE to drive successful business outcomes across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting, contract types, and procurement processes, specifically for GSA, Army, Air Force, Navy, FedCiv, NITAAC, DHA, NASA, and/or DISA/4th Estate Agencies
  • Active DOD SECRET Clearance (desired)
