Job Summary:

Dine Source is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team to provide leadership and management to advance infrastructure, capabilities, and technologies for our clients. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy having experience to include but not limited to managing large teams, customer engagement, problem solving skills, DevSecOps, cloud providers and technologies, delivering solutions to meet organizational goal and objectives, and is able to work with experienced technical teams and in-turn communicate with non-technical employees and customers. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement/configure ServiceNow modules for many different DoD clients.  Modules include ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and Software Asset Management.
  • Be able to understand client requirements and craft solutions with OOB ServiceNow solutions and determine when a custom approach is necessary.
  • Working with clients on training and education on the ServiceNow platform.  This may require developing training work sessions to better prepare the client for the transition to using ServiceNow.
  • Day-to-day maintenance/administration of the ServiceNow applications.  This could include managing application permissions, troubleshooting application issue, creating/modifying groups, adjustments to forms/tables, use Flow Designer to develop workflows, and managing upgrades in a SaaS environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with the ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Knows Flow Designer and can create custom actions
  • Knows JavaScript
  • Familiar with ServiceNow business rules and events
  • Know how to manage the Service Catalog and modify the Service Portal
  • Knows the approval process in ITSM
  • Has used the ServiceCatalog Builder.
  • Prefered Knowledge of ServiceNow Studio.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine a pluse
  • Understands the “dot walk” term in ServiceNow
  • Can create a custom table in ServiceNow and apply ACL (Access Control)
  • Written and Oral communication
  • Self-starter, work independently and within teams
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferable and Certified Application Developer (CAD) is optional
