As a Team Lead for the BRIC/Perikin joint venture operations, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of assigned individuals, ensuring the successful delivery of team goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will be accountable for various team management tasks, including performance oversight, workload management, and supporting professional development. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team leads and the Program Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring that both individual and team goals align with the broader organizational and program strategies. This role will require active engagement in operational tasks such as timekeeping, reporting, and performance management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
LOCATION: Washington D.C. (On-site at DOE Headquarters), unless otherwise approved – This position currently works a hybrid schedule with two days per week of scheduled telework.
