Job Summary:

Dine Development Corporation and its Subsidiaries are seeking a Program Eval (Lead) in support of our Defense Health Agency client. This position will support Business Performance, ensuring tasks are running on schedule while providing team oversight and coordination.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Facilitating client-facing touchpoints, documenting action items, and tracking decisions across technical and functional teams.

· Maintaining and updating project trackers and control systems.

· Assisting with weekly reporting deliverables and onboarding actions.

· Creating process flows and project documentation as needed.

· Leading scrum meetings, tracking requirements backlog, and ensuring high-level project requirements are accessible to technical teams.

· Supporting requirement change requests and participating in internal testing operations as needed.

· Assisting in operational rollout, process improvements, and updates to existing products.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of technical experience with data presentation software and concepts related to presenting quantitative information.

· 5+ years of experience communicating and writing about complex concepts, ensuring clarity for a non-technical audience.

· 2+ years software testing experience.

Required Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, Economics, Accounting, or Management OR 8 years of equivalent healthcare work experience.

· To be eligible for this position, candidates must be U.S. Citizens

· Clearance: Active Secret
