Dine Development Corporation and its Subsidiaries are seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager- Analyst, in support of our Defense Health Agency client. This position will serve as the overall project lead for program work under this contract, overseeing six (6) specific functions: Data Management, Information Delivery, Knowledge Management, Measures, Reporting, and Retired and Annuitant (R&A) Support.
**Contingent Upon Contract Award**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Defining project scope, timeframe, available resources, and overall objectives.
· Organizing business objectives and coordinating personnel to ensure project priorities are completed according to defined timelines.
· Ensuring allocated resources adhere to project scope and budget.
· Identifying and resolving project scope adjustments while communicating resource, labor costs, and schedule impacts.
· Planning and coordinating all phases of the development process.
· Leading or coordinating cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed and tested projects ready for customer use.
· Providing timely and accurate information and status updates to stakeholders and government POCs.
· Leading all onboarding activities and providing regular system access status updates to government POCs.
Required Qualifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· 5+ years of experience in Information Systems and Project Plan Development.
· Preferred (not required): 5-8 years of Military Health System (MHS) experience in leadership roles.
· Experience in DHA specific data sources and applied analytics capabilities.
Required Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Computer Science OR 8 years of equivalent Healthcare/Computer Science experience in a leadership position.
