Job Summary:

Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Program Manager for a potential contract award working from Arlington, VA. *This position will be contingent upon contract award expected April 2025* 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel and subcontractors
  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution of this contract
  • Conduct meetings and provide deliverables in accordance with the Government approved delivery schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field
  • An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • An ITIL Intermediate Level Certification
  • Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III certified
  • It is desirable that the PM has the following qualifications:
    • Experience as a Program Manager managing a Federal Government IT/Cyber project and providing managed services
    • Experience managing a Federal Government IT cost-type contract for services
