Job Summary:

Our North Stone Subsidiary is hiring a System Administrator (Remote Support) to support ITA’s enterprise IT infrastructure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1, 2, and limited tier 3 hardware and software support for all international and domestic field sites
  • Travel to international and domestic sites, as needed
  • Setup of new PC, server and network equipment
  • Facilitate vendor work on computer, server and network at sites
  • Decommission older PC, server and network equipment
  • Package and ship PC, server, and network equipment to international and domestic sites
  • Monitor and track computer assets for international and domestic sites
  • Provide end-user training when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Industry-related experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Experience administering Microsoft Windows machines
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a setting where majority of team is located at another site
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Must have valid passport
  • Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. 

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with Microsoft Azure
  2. MCSE certification
