• Manage day-to-day operations
• Liaise with government stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contract and service levels
• Prepare reports and coordinate staffing
• Other duties as assigned

• Clearance Required: Secret
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years in IT management
• ITIL preferred
