Seventh Emergence is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our company.

• Respond to support tickets and phone calls
• Basic troubleshooting and password resets
• Escalate complex issues to higher tiers
• Set up user profiles including email connection, ability to print to appropriate printers, and appropriate mapped network drives
• Provide the following user access support: create new user accounts; assist user with first login; set up email, printers, and network drive mapping; change passwords; and unlock accounts when requested or submit request to the NEC help desk
• Other duties as assigned

• Clearance Required: Secret
• High school diploma or associate's preferred
• 1+ year help desk experience
• A+ CE or Network+ CE certification required.
