North Stone is seeking a site activation lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the ERP solution is successfully integrated with existing business processes, driving operational efficiency and long-term value across the organization.
Candidates located in Dayton, OH, are preferred. However, remote candidates may be considered based on qualifications and business needs.
This position is contingent upon contract award expected April 2025.
Develop and execute a comprehensive deployment strategy, including project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate data migration, system testing, and user training to ensure a seamless transition to the new ERP environment.
Drive change management initiatives to support user adoption and optimize system utilization.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure deployment success and proactively address any issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP stakeholders—including internal teams, external consultants, and executive leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the deployment process by implementing proactive contingency plans.
Continuously improve deployment processes by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from each phase.
Ensure all deployment activities are compliant with relevant government policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate documentation to support audits and future system enhancements.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum frameworks.
Experience with tools such as Micro Focus Octane, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint for project tracking and collaboration.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep knowledge of ERP functionalities, business process optimization, and data integration best practices.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective deployment strategies.
Experience in organizational change management and promoting user adoption of new technologies.
Strong analytical skills for tracking and evaluating deployment performance via KPIs.
