We're seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer (Section 508 Documentation Specialist) to ensure high-quality project deliverables for our RPMS software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a structured environment.
As a remote Technical Writer, you'll ensure high-quality and accessible documentation for our client. Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Editing, formatting, and remediation of technical and non-technical documents (user manuals, reports, training materials, SOPs) to meet Section 508 accessibility standards.
· Collaborating with Software Quality Assurance and Development teams to manage and track documentation projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry and government standards.
· Utilizing tools like Azure DevOps to manage projects and organizing files and correspondence within Microsoft Outlook and other systems.
· Conducting research on technical and medical information relevant to RPMS for inclusion in project documents as needed.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality documentation that meets accessibility standards, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
