SpinSys-Dine is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their team. The goal of the architect is to have a deep understanding of service catalog efforts, the customer's organization, processes, and methods. Secondly, the architect ensures best practices are identified and utilized, and makes recommendations to ensure solutions align with the customer's overall short/long term vision.

• Provide a critical role on the program team and partner with both implementation team and customers.
• Have experience working on service catalog efforts.
• Have a deep understanding of the customer's organization, processes, and methods.
• Ensure best practices are identified and utilized, and make recommendations to ensure solutions align with the DHA's overall short/long term vision.
• Provide input and recommendations to ensure solutions are utilizing best practices.
• Support the production ServiceNow environment. Ensure impacting issues are resolved quickly.
• Lead the development and support of ServiceNow; provide coaching, guidance, training, and support to IT and business stakeholders
• Lead the research, analysis, and development of new applications and new modules in the IT Service Management enterprise environment
• Design, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow workflows Implementation of Service Now for ITSM.
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications; coordinates application and platform upgrades
• Identify, configure, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues
• Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
• Other duties as assigned

Clearance

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance. 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, database administration, or a related field or equivalent experience

Experience:

Minimum:

• 3-5 years years of architecture experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience supporting Service Catalog efforts
• ServiceNow Modules Experience: ITSM, CSM, Asset Management
• Custom Javascript scripting experience

Proficient In

• Programming Languages: C, C++, Java, XML
• ITSM Tools: ServiceNow
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server

Preferred Experience (includes Minimum)

• Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum

Certifications

Minimum: Sec+, Operating System, Certified Application Developer

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
