Job Summary:

NOVA-Dine is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead testing and performance validation of IT systems supporting the U.S. Army's LNEC operations in Clarksburg, WV. This position ensures services delivered meet mission standards, contract metrics, and customer requirements across the Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA policies, processes, and test plans.
  • Perform system and software tests and validate configuration integrity.
  • Document findings, track issues, and verify remediation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Prepare audit documentation and support PMRs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Quality Management.
  • 10+ years of QA experience in DoD or federal IT projects.
  • US citizenship with active Secret clearance required. 
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and process improvement.
  • Ability to create detailed test documentation and defect tracking reports.
