Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) who will manage the delivery of integrated software sustainment, systems engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and modeling/simulation solutions supporting mission training and operational planning across DoD and federal programs. 

 

This program supports the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal customers by providing integrated software development, sustainment, and modernization services for advanced mission training, simulation, and operational planning environments. The effort encompasses enterprise-level software sustainment, system engineering, DevSecOps implementation, cybersecurity compliance, and the integration of modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities that support multi-domain and joint/coalition operational readiness.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage task order execution and team performance.
  • Coordinate across technical, management, and administrative functions.
  • Lead risk management and mitigation activities.
  • Communicate regularly with Government stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Contract requires Top Secret/SCI clearance. A minimum Secret clearance would be required if contract required clearance is not currently held. 
  • 7+ years software development experience (C++, Python, web services, databases, AFSIM familiarity).
  • 5+ years in program/product management roles supporting software development teams.
  • Experience managing C5ISR, M&S, or software development programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Agile teams.
  • Prior DoD M&S, LVC, or CJADC2-related program leadership.

Desired Certifications:

  • PMP
