    • Coordinate cross-functional reviews, gather inputs from engineering, QA, and operations teams, and consolidate feedback.
    • Facilitate document reviews, version control, and approvals to keep deliverables on track.
  • Agile/SAFe Facilitation
    • Support Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) within a SAFe environment.
    • Track feature and story-level progress in Jira (or similar), ensuring backlogs are up to date and dependencies are identified.
    • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Product Owners to drive alignment and remove impediments.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as a liaison between project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and clarify action items.
    • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly dashboards, status summaries, and key performance metrics—incorporating SQL-based data pulls when needed.
    • Support change-control processes by logging requests, obtaining sign-offs, and updating impacted documents.
  • Legacy Application Migration Support

    • Coordinate with technical leads to capture migration plans (e.g., re-platforming, refactoring, or rehosting steps).
    • Maintain risk registers and issue logs specific to migration activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed of impacts.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify gaps in existing templates, processes, or workflows and recommend standardized solutions.
    • Contribute to lessons-learned sessions and post-mortem analyses to capture best practices.
    • Stay informed on project management trends, especially around SAFe/Agile and PMP methodologies, and share insights with the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 5–8 years supporting IT or enterprise software projects in a project analyst, coordinator, or similar role.
    • Proven track record with SAFe or Agile (Scrum/Kanban) frameworks—facilitating ceremonies, tracking features/stories, and coordinating PI planning.
    • Hands-on SQL experience: write and validate queries to produce dashboards, status reports, or data analyses.
    • Familiarity with legacy application migration projects—capturing “as-is” states, tracking cutover plans, and coordinating validation.
    • Exposure to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
    • Travel will be required to Columbus, OH each month.
  • Certifications & Education
    • CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.
    • PMP certification preferred or actively pursuing credential (CAPM acceptable).
