SpinSys Diné is seeking an experienced Chief Architect to lead enterprise-level planning and technical evolution for a secure IT and engineering ecosystem. This role will guide the long-term roadmap of hardware, software, and cloud capabilities, driving system integration and architectural alignment across multiple enclaves and operational environments.

• Define and maintain the overarching technical architecture baseline across classified systems and environments.
• Identify architectural risks, opportunities, and integration strategies aligned with long-term technical objectives.
• Lead and participate in technical working groups, conduct trade studies, and drive decisions on technology investments.
• Oversee development of architecture design artifacts supporting system integration, cloud migration, scalability, and resilience.
• Provide expert input on cybersecurity alignment, accreditation dependencies, and system performance optimization.
• Coordinate with engineering, cyber, infrastructure, and software teams to ensure architectural cohesion.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative, mission-aligned improvements.
• Other duties as assigned. 

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 15 years of technical experience with at least 5 years in systems development, integration, or testing in high-security environments.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture development and infrastructure modernization efforts.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, hybrid-cloud architecture, and enclave integration.
• Experience with classified systems and compliance frameworks such as RMF or NIST 800-53.

Pay Range: $195,000 – $278,000

The compensation range listed for this position is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is intended to reflect the typical range Diné Development Corporation and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role. Final compensation may vary and is determined based on factors such as the position’s responsibilities, relevant education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data alignment, and applicable collective bargaining agreements or laws.
