Job Summary:

North Stone is looking for a full time employee to provide comprehensive training, technical, and functional support for the EZSource application. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining training materials and documentation, conducting tailored training sessions for Government source selection teams, and offering ongoing user and help desk support. The position is central to ensuring successful onboarding, instruction, and operation within the EZSource platform environment, aligned with Government Source Selection policies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Training & Instructional Support

  • Design and deliver EZSource training tailored to various team structures and evaluation methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain robust training materials: syllabi, process guides, quick-reference tools, and user manuals.

  • Conduct training via:

    • Videoconferencing (VC)

    • Defense Collaboration Services (DCS)

    • Defense Connect Online (DCO)

    • On-site classroom instruction (Government-provided facilities)

    • Computer-Based Training (CBT)

  • Regularly update training materials in response to application enhancements or business process revisions.

Technical Support & Administration

  • Perform Site Administrator functions:

    • Configure source selection teams based on RFPs and team composition.

    • Manage user access (enabling/disabling accounts), and archive/delete completed teams.

  • Provide first-line Help Desk support and coordinate with EZSource Focal Points.

  • Participate in Sprint Reviews, UAT cycles, and application requirement prioritization.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and revise all training documentation and user resources.

  • Track and report on key metrics including:

    • Team training status

    • Volume and resolution of Help Desk support tickets

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Education, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. In leiu of a BS, 10 years of experience will be accepted. 

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years delivering technical training, including curriculum development and instructional design.

    • Demonstrated experience with the EZSource application and Source Selection processes in a federal acquisition environment.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) for creating and managing training materials.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions.

    • Exceptional documentation, organizational, and administrative abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous direct involvement in source selections using EZSource.

  • Agile/Scrum team participation experience, including Sprint Reviews and UAT support.
