SpinSys Diné is seeking an experienced Chief Architect to serve as a key leader for a program which is includes infrastructure and application platform effort supporting multiple mission-critical tenants. It encompasses full lifecycle management of DevSecOps pipelines, on premise, hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure, secure multi-tenant environments for different classification levels. The Chief Architect leads the design, integration, and governance of scalable architecture that enables rapid, secure delivery of capabilities across tenants, while ensuring compliance with enterprise cybersecurity and modernization standards.
Key Scope Elements:
Infrastructure: Design and oversight of on premise, hybrid and cloud-native, DevSecOps pipelines to support containerized infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, service mesh) in classified and unclassified environments.
Tenant-Based Architecture: Support for multi-tenant architectures with strict boundary enforcement, RBAC, and data isolation strategies.
DevSecOps Management: Governance of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines including automated testing, security gates, and infrastructure-as-code, ensuring resilience, repeatability, and auditability.
Cross-Domain and Security: Architect solutions that comply with DoD cyber standards (e.g., RMF, Zero Trust), enabling secure delivery in high-side environments.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the authoritative voice on architectural decisions, modernization roadmap alignment, technical debt prioritization, and stakeholder integration.

Pay Range: $195,000 – $278,000
The compensation range listed for this position is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is intended to reflect the typical range Diné Development Corporation and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role. Final compensation may vary and is determined based on factors such as the position’s responsibilities, relevant education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data alignment, and applicable collective bargaining agreements or laws.
