The Senior Project Manager provides full-spectrum leadership and oversight for all aspects of task-level and field-level project execution, including technical delivery, contract compliance, personnel supervision, financial management, and customer engagement. This role may oversee multiple concurrent projects and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all assigned efforts within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. The Senior Project Manager will interface with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality performance and contract alignment.

Lead and manage all phases of project and task order execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Supervise and coordinate work of personnel across engineering, application development, systems support, and administrative disciplines.
Assign tasks to team members and subcontractors, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all contractual, technical, and administrative matters.
Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope and compliance with contract requirements.
Manage vendor relationships, including task integration, deliverable tracking, and performance review.
Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks and issues using sound judgment and advanced problem-solving skills.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet performance objectives, financial targets, and reporting requirements.
Recommend and implement continuous improvements to optimize delivery and team efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or PMP or FAC/PPM (or equivalent project management certification).
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams and large, complex projects or task orders.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, lifecycle development, and contract/task order execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint).
