The Scrum Master/Deputy PM will serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for GEOMAP product teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and delivering high-quality software releases in alignment with Air Force objectives. This role also provides backup support to the Project Manager Lead and assists in program management activities.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support multiple Scrum teams to ensure delivery of product increments with zero Cat 1/Cat 2 defects at deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and government stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track team velocity, identify impediments, and implement process improvements.
• Support program management with schedule tracking, risk management, and status reporting.
• Maintain alignment with AF Agile Strategy Plan and ensure compliance with DevSecOps practices.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate with technical leads, testers, and help desk teams to ensure readiness for releases.
