Job Summary:

SpinSys-Dine, a trailblazer in innovative health IT solutions, invites you to join our dynamic team as a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer and UI/UX Designer. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design:
    • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into compelling user experiences.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
    • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring product consistency.
    • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
    • Present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Full Stack Development:
    • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, and testing.
    • Develop solutions using C# .NET and apply reusable design patterns.
    • Collaborate with developers, UX designers, infrastructure architects, and QA testers to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Provide level of effort estimates and contribute to project planning.
    • Research and adopt best practices and design patterns for development.
    • Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance. (US citizens currently holding a Public Trust clearance or active Secret clearance preferred.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and full stack development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (such as jQuery, Kendo UI, TypeScript, Angular), and ORM tools like ADO.NET and Entity Framework.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, web/mobile standards, and knowledge of front-end technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
