Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead our proposal development efforts while actively contributing to high-priority bids. Supporting our family of 10 subsidiaries in the federal contracting space, this role combines hands-on proposal management with leadership, coaching, and team development. The Proposal Manager will guide the team through the full proposal lifecycle, step in directly on complex or strategic submissions, and mentor junior staff to build a scalable, high-performing proposal function. We are looking for someone who thrives in both roles: setting direction and expectations as a manager while rolling up their sleeves to deliver winning proposals.
