Job Summary:

The Azure DevOps Architect is responsible for designing and managing secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure DevOps architectures and solutions that align with agency strategy and federal compliance mandates. This includes the design, implementation, operation and administration of the Azure DEVOPS Architecture.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design Azure CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
  • Implement infrastructure as code and automate cloud operations.
  • Monitor and optimize the operation and administration of Azure DevOps architecture
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure DevOps best practices
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required!
  • Certifications: Desired certifications in Certified DevOps Professions (CDOP) or similar certification.
  • Education: Minimum BS/BA degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Systems Tools Familiarity:
    • Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CloudFlare, GitHub, Salesforce
    • Dataverse: A secure data platform that integrates with all Power Platform tools
    • MS Defender suite to include: Defender for endpoint, Cloud apps, MS Sentinel, Sentinel One, Splunk, and Tenable
    • Sentinel One, Splunk, Tenable and Cloudflare for vulnerability management, and Continuous Monitoring
    • NetApp and Microsoft Azure for backups and storage
  • Additional Experience Desired:
    • Familiarity with FISMA, NIST, OMB, and other federal cybersecurity compliance standards.
    • Experience working with DOC or similar federal agencies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. This includes drafting SOPs and technical documents.
