Job Summary:

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Project/Business Analyst with SAFe Agile expertise to support IT infrastructure initiatives, including hardware/software deployment, monitoring, and systems optimization. This role bridges business requirements with IT execution, enabling efficient delivery of projects and ensuring alignment with operational objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements for system and infrastructure projects. 
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning, and PI Planning within the SAFe Agile framework. 
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track project delivery, system performance, and capacity management. 
  • Coordinate deployments, integrations, and workflow optimization across multiple teams. 
  • Monitor risks, track project milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 
  • Promote Agile/SAFe best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

Required Qualifications 

  • Secret Security Clearance
  • Active pursuit of PMI Project Management certification or equivalent. 
  • 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis, project coordination, or IT project support (data center or enterprise systems experience a plus). 
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles, roles, and events. 
  • Experience with similar tools JIRA. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification. 
  • Experience designing dashboards and performance reports.
