We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and energetic Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can build trusted relationships with executives and the EA team. This individual must also be a collaborative team player, willing to step in to assist other Executive Assistants and departments when needed to ensure seamless company-wide support.
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President of Business Enablement and four subsidiary Presidents of a Native American Tribally owned company. This in-office role is based in Dayton, Ohio, and reports directly to the Senior Executive Assistant.
The EA will serve as a trusted partner for leadership, requiring strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic, detail-oriented, and highly professional, with proven success supporting executive leadership in a government contracting environment.
